Privacy statement
This statement explains which personal data Jojoba Europe, Amersfoortseweg 30-26, 3751 LK Bunschoten, the Netherlands, info@jojobaeurope.eu, +31 (0)6 1842 0421 collects through jojobaeurope.eu, why, and what your rights are. We are the controller for this data.

Who receives your data
- Our logistics partner and carriers (such as PostNL and DPD) receive your name, company, delivery address and phone number to deliver your order or samples.
- Supabase hosts our customer database and logins, in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Resend sends our emails, from the EU.
- Vercel hosts the website. Vercel is a US company; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- The European Commission (VIES register) receives your VAT number when we check it.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics. The website stores a few things in your own browser (local storage) so it works: your order list, the country you chose, your saved discount, and your login session. You can delete these at any time via your browser settings. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data goes to Google.
How long we keep your data
- Orders, invoices and VAT checks: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Your account: as long as it is active, and up to 2 years after your last order or login.
- Email addresses entered to see prices, sample requests and contact messages: up to 2 years.
- IP addresses: no longer than needed to prevent abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. Email info@jojobaeurope.eu; we answer within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
Logging in works with a one-time code sent to your email, so there are no passwords to steal. Access to your data is limited to your own account and to our staff who need it. All connections are encrypted.

We may update this statement. The version date above shows when it last changed.
